The Women in ISHRS Task Force (WISHRS) has developed this inaugural session with the goal to enable women hair restoration surgeons to develop their individual potential as professionals and to promote an environment within the ISHRS that fosters inclusion, respect, and success. This session is meant to be inspirational, educational, and foster friendships and connections. During the session, the WISHRS will assess interest by the membership to continue and/or expand this initiative.
