Course Description: The ISHRS 2022 Advanced/Board Review Course intends to provide an innovative approach related to the most advanced hair transplant methods and the extensive preparation for the written and oral ABHRS exams. The curriculum is designed to offer the most to the two target audiences: the practitioners who aims at excelling on the written and oral ABHRS exams and the intermediate/advanced hair surgeons who are interested at scaling up by acquiring knowledge of the most sophisticated surgical techniques.
This’s course will be comprised of three parts:
Part One: Participants will delve deep into 5 new advanced topics that will contribute to building up their skillset and knowledge: Scarring Alopecia, Non-Shaven FUE, Trichoscopy, PRP, and Non-Scarring Alopecia.
Part Two: Example written questions will be given to those interested in taking the ABHRS exams. Additionally, material and guidance on and how to work through those questions will be provided by top surgeons and faculty.
Part Three: For better and more efficient delivery and comprehension, this year for the first time, the mockups will be provided in two stages. First, there will be a role playing on stage with two acclaimed hair surgeons. One will be the examiner and the other the examinee. Then, there will be round tables with oral exam scenarios.
Additionally, all those who will participate in the course will be given access to the “On-Demand Advanced/Board Review Course Bundle,” which includes 39 recorded lectures and previous years’ recorded exam practice, for developing their knowledge armory.
Furthermore, this year all the faculty members will be acclaimed Diplomates of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS), which adds up to the impact of the 2022 Advanced/Board Review Course. The registered participants will be taught by the best of the hair restoration field.
